At Kefran, we strive to deliver your Ayurvedic wellness products safely, quickly, and affordably—both within India and internationally.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
• Standard shipping is Free on most orders across India.
• In some cases, a nominal handling fee may apply depending on order weight, size, or delivery location. This will be clearly displayed during checkout.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days and delivered within 4–7 working days depending on your location.
• Tracking information will be shared once the package is shipped.
Important:
If a parcel is returned due to reasons such as:
• Customer not available at the time of delivery
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Refusal to accept the parcel
Then:
• The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping and handling charges for re-dispatching the parcel.
• Free shipping will not be applicable for the second attempt.
International Shipping
• International shipping is chargeable and calculated based on destination, order weight, and shipping method.
• Charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
• International orders are shipped within 3–5 working days.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on customs clearance and local delivery processes.
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country are to be borne by the customer.
