Kefran Return & Replacement Policy
At Kefran, we aim to deliver every order with care and accuracy. If you face any issues with your order, we’re here to assist — but certain conditions apply for fairness and clarity.
Returns & Replacements Are Accepted Only In the Following Cases:
1. Damaged or Defective Product:
o If the product is received in a damaged, broken, or defective condition.
2. Incorrect Product Delivered:
o If you receive a product different from what was ordered.
3. Missing Item(s) in the Package:
o If any item is missing from your parcel, you must provide clear video proof of:
The sealed package before opening
The full unboxing process
The invoice inside the package
o Claims without unboxing proof will not be entertained.
Conditions for Return or Replacement:
• Raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at [insert support email/contact].
• Submit clear photos and/or unboxing video proof.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable/Non-Replacable Cases:
• Opened or used products
• Claims made after 48 hours of delivery
• Claims for missing items without proper unboxing video proof
• Products returned due to personal dislike (e.g., fragrance, taste)
• Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
Refunds & Re-Dispatch:
• Eligible issues will be resolved via replacement first.
• Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible.
• Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days after issue verification.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Important Note on Failed Deliveries:
If an order is returned to us due to reasons such as:
• Customer unavailable
• Incorrect address
• Refusal to accept the package
Then:
• Customer must pay additional shipping charges for resending the order.
